Job Overview
This role provides subject matter expertise and support for functional applications used by project teams to align technology solutions(Learning Management Systems) with business needs. It involves documenting and maintaining processes to manage requirements, prioritize initiatives, control projects, and support continuous improvement. The role differentiates by interfacing with senior leaders and cross-functional disciplines such as information technology, and business channels. Success is measured by effective solution delivery, process improvements, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction. The work impacts organizational efficiency and customer outcomes by ensuring reliable application functionality and alignment with corporate objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise to improve core functional applications and translate business needs into system design and specifications
- Design, develop, and test tool enhancements based on business requirements
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve functional issues, collaborating with vendors as needed
- Manage deployment processes including request management, testing, change management, and communications
- Lead data configuration, quality analysis, and documentation to support root cause analysis and process improvements
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) - Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience with software development, database and business intelligence development, and unit through functional acceptance testing. (Preferred)
- Experience creating Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience in Business Analysis. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience in telecommunications industry preferred. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience in delivery projects and solutions utilizing a project and portfolio management tool or enterprise requirement management tool. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $85,700 - $154,600

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
